Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has published all India open recruitment notification for experienced personnel & Special Recruitment Drive [SRD] for Persons with Benchmark Disability [PwBD] in Non Executive (Junior Operator, Junior Attendant & Junior Assistant) positions. The last date for registration of online applications is 23rd February 2025.
IOCL Non Executive Age Limit: (As on 31/01/2025)
Minimum Age – 18 years.
Maximum Age – 26 Years
The Upper Age Relaxation – 03 years for OBC (NCL), 05 years for SC / ST and 10 years for PwBD.
IOCL Non Executive Salary:
Junior Operator Grade I: ₹ 23,000 – 78,000/-
Junior Attendant Grade I: ₹ 23,000 – 78,000/-
Junior Business Assistant Grade III: ₹ 25,000 – 1,05,000/-
IOCL Non Executive Eligibility Criteria:
- Junior Operator Grade I: Matric (Class X) Pass + 02 years ITI Pass in the specified trade. Minimum 01 year post qualification work experience.
- Junior Attendant Grade I: Higher Secondary (Class XII) Pass.
- Junior Business Assistant Grade III: Degree in any discipline. Minimum 01 year post qualification work experience.
IOCL Non Executive Selection Process:
- For Junior Operator & Junior Attendant: The selection methodology will comprise Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will be of qualifying nature.
- For Junior Business Assistant: The selection methodology will comprise Computer Based Test (CBT) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).

- Eligible candidates are requested to apply online through Indian Oil (IOCL IBPS) Online Application portal from 3rd February 2025.
- The Candidates to fill prescribed Online Application Form – Personal Details, Communication Details and Other Details.
- The candidates must upload scanned copy of recent Photograph, Signature, left thumb impression, a hand written declaration and photo-copies of relevant documents.
